Hi, I'm Manuela! I’ve enjoyed baking since I was a kid and have fond memories of begging my older sister to let me lick the spatulas (lol). Since then, I had mostly baked drop cookies, and snack cakes. Throughout 2020 I started getting a little more creative with my baking, and in 2021 I took the leap and began decorating cakes for Cake4Kids. To my surprise...I was actually pretty good at it! Since then I’ve been growing in my technique and passion for making cakes and officially opened Manu Muz Bakes in the summer of 2022. Over these past years, I have learned so much about flavors and techniques, and I have grown confident about the product and expertise I have been able to provide for my customers.

If I'm not baking, you can find me working my day job, taking walks around the neighborhood with my husband, Aaron, and our puppies, or daydreaming of the next beach vacation.
